Characteristics and Applications of Coated Kraft Board

Coated kraft board(CKB) is widely used in various applications. There are three different types of coated kraft board(CKB) produced to meet different printing and packaging needs. The board has a smooth and glossy surface, making it perfect for designing attractive packaging for toys, electronic products, household appliances, alcoholic beverages, beauty products, and personal care items.

The board is characterized by high burst strength, tear resistance, and damage resistance, making it a great alternative to corrugated cardboard packaging. It is widely used in packaging for automotive parts, household appliances, hardware, and tools. Additionally, there is a moisture-proof board that can withstand freezing without deformation and has significantly higher tear resistance compared to regular board. It is suitable for packaging refrigerated beverages, frozen foods, bottled or canned drinks. 

All three types of coated kraft board(CKB) meet the standards set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and can directly come into contact with food and drugs. They are not easily contaminated and do not have any unpleasant odors, making them safe and hygienic for packaging chocolate and candies, biscuits and pastries, pharmaceutical products, fast food boxes, and pastries.
